How do I process VISA?
CCBill EU is a VISA approved Internet Payment Service Provider
or IPSP for businesses based in the VISA designated European
Union. If you are an EU-Based business and want to process transactions
through the VISA network, VISA requires the following:
1. Your business must be registered as a VISA-sponsored merchant
and
2. Your business must be located within the VISA-designated
European Union Region.
In order for CCBill EU to process VISA transactions, you must
provide valid proof that your business is based in a country
that is within the VISA designated EU region. Click

Please note: If you decline VISA as a payment option and elect
not to pay the VISA fee, you will still be able to process
MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Online
Checks and Dialer transactions through CCBill with
no registration fee.
How do I get Paid?
CCBill EU pays you next week for transactions that occurred last week.
Our processing period is one week in length and begins every Sunday
and ends the following Saturday. All transactions that occur within
this time period will be processed and a payment will be sent
via US mail, FEDEX, or by wire on the following Monday (9 days later).
Is there a Security Deposit?
CCBill EU does require a rolling 26-week security deposit of 5%
of all credit card and online check(ACH) transactions and 10% of all Telephone Billing transactions processed for your website. This
security deposit covers CCBill EU for any potential losses in
the event that refunds, returns or chargebacks should exceed revenue
for any given time frame on your account. Revenues withheld from
your account will be applied to disputes on YOUR ACCOUNT ONLY.
Any monies held back and not used for consumer disputes will be
refunded to you in the billing period occurring 26 weeks after
the period when the monies were held.
