1. How do I redirect new sign ups to my members area?

Login to the CCBill EU Webmaster Admin System and click the Tools link. Click the Account Maintenance Tab and then click the Account Admin link. Choose a sub-account website from the Account List in the View Sub-account List report. Click the Basic link. Type the URL, which points to your root directory or members area start page in the Approval URL Text Box.

2. Where do I point my join link?

Make sure the join link points to the index.htm page.
Example: www.domain.com/ccbill/index.htm
For more advanced users, you can copy the code from the index.htm page and have your join page go directly to the signup page.

3. My CGI's do not work. How do I resolve this?

CGI’s are PERL programs. For these programs to work, you must have PERL installed on your server. Additionally, the CGI Script must have its permissions set to executable. If you have just changed servers, then it may be due to the DNS not propagating and you are viewing the wrong site. Try using the IP instead of domain name. If your CGI does still not appear to work, contact the CCBill EU Support Department at 800.510.2859 or email clientsupport@ccbilleu.com for assistance. The Support Depatment may need to FTP to your site to resolve the issue.

4. How do I remove a traded password?
If the member was manually added, go to the Manual Remove area and delete the user. To do this, login into the CCBill EU Webmaster Admin System and click the Reports link. Click the Members Tab and then click the Active Members link. Click the Manual Remove link. This should remove the user.

If the member was not manually added, try manually resubmitting the user for a previous date then follow the same procedure.

Test this by attempting to access your site with the username and password. If the user still has access, contact one of our technicians for assistance.
5. Where do I go to do a manual add for a consumer whose membership I would         like to extend?

Login into the CCBill EU Webmaster Admin System and click the Reports link. Click the Members Tab and then click the Active Members link. Click the Manual Add link to add the member.

6. After making changes to my signup page, it does not reload. How do I resolve        this?

When making changes to pricing options, please remember to clear the Signup Form cache. The cache stores a copy of your form on CCBill EU’s server. Clearing the cache allows CCBill EU’s server to get the new Signup Form from your server.

Login into the CCBill EU Webmaster Admin System and click the Tools link. Click the Account Maintenance Tab and then click the Account Admin link. Choose a sub-account website from the Account List in the View Sub-account List report. Click the Form Admin link and select a Form from the Form Library in the View Form List report. Click the Reset Form link to clear the cache.

7. How do I set prices?

Login into the CCBill EU Webmaster Admin System and click the Tools link. Click the Account Maintenance Tab and then click the Account Admin link. Choose a sub-account website from the Account List in the View Sub-account List report. Click the Pricing Admin link. Add or remove the pricing for the selected sub-account website.

There are two types of pricing structures, recurring billing and one time billing. Please refer to the help documentation available at http://ccbillhelp.ccbill.com for the full details about setting this up.

Please perform a test sign up. Do this on all billing options while the system is in test mode. There is no charge for this. Look at each option and make sure that it is set at the correct amount.
