CCBill EU transactions fees are based on weekly volume as follows:.

25,001- 50,000 11.5 11.5
50,000 +
Negotiable

This rate reduction occurs automatically. We offer a reduced rate to websites who host with Cavecreek Wholesale Internet Exchange (CWIE).

EU (European Union) Based Businesses: Because the acquiring institution for CCBill EU is not located in the United States, processing fees will be slightly higher. If your Website business is based within the European Union, please add 1.5% to the above processing rate that applies to your volume.

2. Do I need additional software to use CCBill EU's software?

Generally no. Our system is designed to issue usernames and passwords. Passwords expire automatically on our system. If you are using an Windows based server, you may need an authenticator, but contact us first before purchasing such software, as alternative methods may be available.

3. What are the rates and delivery options to have my CCBill EU check payment sent?

CCBill EU offers several different options for your check delivery. The cost of these options varies and is subject to change. Generally, if you require delivery of your check by the fastest method, then we suggest using wire transfer. A wire transfer normally takes a few hours, but may take longer. Please check with your bank for the full details about this.

4. Can I charge any amount or use only predetermined amounts?

One of the best features of CCBill EU's system is that you can change the dollar amount of your product at any time simply by altering the signup form. Once you alter the signup form, and reload this onto your site, the dollar amounts automatically change. The dollar amount cannot be below $2.95, and cannot be above $99.99 without prior approval.

5. Can I sell site access through CCBill EU, if my website is outside the U.S.?

Yes. Sites anywhere in the world can use our service. We pay funds in U.S. dollars, and pay out with a U.S. check (wire transfer is also available for a small additional cost).

6. Can I track the transactions on my site?

Yes. You can track all of the transactions through our Administrative Utilities.

7. Can I track sub-accounts on my site?

Yes. You can track sub-accounts through our Administrative Utilities. You can have as many sub-accounts as you like. You can use these sub-accounts for different things, such as tracking how many sales individual Webmasters have.

8. Can I sell tangible merchandise through CCBill EU?

At this time, CCBill EU's subscription billing system does not allow you to sell merchandise on your site. If you are selling tangible items on your site, CCBill EU will not be able to process those transactions. CCBill EU can only process your subscription billing.

9. What can I not resell on my website and what is considered a violation of CCBill EU's policy?

Please refer to CCBill EU's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for a complete explanation of illegal and inappropriate practices.

10. Is there a security deposit?

Yes. CCBill EU does require a rolling 26-week security deposit of 5% of all E-Tickets processed for your venue or website. This security deposit will be used to cover CCBill EU for losses in the event that refunds, returns or chargebacks should exceed revenue for any given time frame on your account. Revenues withheld from your account will be applied to chargebacks on your account only. Any monies held back and not used for chargebacks will be refunded to you.

11. Do you provide automatic recurring billing?

Yes. We offer Recurring Billing, where the customer is rebilled automatically each month. It is possible to customize how often you can rebill the customer. For example, the customer can sign up to be rebilled each month. Refer to the System End User Manual for all the details about recurring billing.

12. Can I use the same username and password for all customers?

No. CCBill EU does not allow this simply because it will leave you, the Webmaster, open to fraud and password trading. With our automated Password Protection Software, usernames and passwords are automatically added to or deleted from the database, ensuring complete accuracy and ease of use.

13. Can it be set up so that the user gets unlimited access for a predetermined length of time, such as 1 month, 1 week, or 1 year?

Yes. On the signup page, you will set both the price and the length of membership. For instance, the customer might be able to choose from Option 1) $29.95 for 3 months, Option 2) $5 for 1 month followed by a monthly rebilling of $10, or Option 3) $99.95 12 months. If the customer chooses Option 1, their username and password will be active for exactly three months. At the end of three months, their username and password will be removed from the system, and the customer can re-subscribe, if they like. If the customer chooses Option 2, (automatic rebilling), then their username and password will stay active either until they cancel the account or until their credit card can no longer be rebilled. At that time, their username and password is deleted from the database, and the customer may re-subscribe if they choose.
